Gerard P. Cuddy is a 26-year banking veteran with broad management and senior leadership experience in commercial, private, and investment banking. Mr. Cuddy’s strength in strategic planning and tactical execution has led to an enviable record of success.

A staunch believer in maintaining consistency between personal values and management values, Gerard Cuddy devotes himself to broad participation in professional, cultural, civic and community life. He is a board member of BLOCS, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Board of Education, the Franklin Institute, the Police Athletic League, and the Foreign Policy Research Institute, and past board member of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the World Affairs Council and Philadelphia Hospitality. Mr. Cuddy is also an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Business Forum, and was awarded a lifetime membership in the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Cuddy holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University and earned his MBA at St. Joseph’s University. He and his family reside in Rosemont, Pennsylvania.
